In the post-COVID-19 era, while the epidemic has gradually been brought under control, localized outbreaks still occur one after another. Although these sudden local outbreaks do not press the pause button for society as a whole, they often disrupt the normal order of urban life. Faced with such uncertainty in the post-pandemic era, what can we do?

In a future where available land for construction is increasingly scarce, post-pandemic vigilance has become ubiquitous. Our shared goal remains a return to normalcy. Thus, how do we swiftly and effectively respond to local outbreaks? Amid temporary disruptions, we prioritize maintaining a semblance of normal life. Engaging in commercial, cultural, and recreational activities becomes crucial. Despite potential quarantines, human connection remains paramount.

The response outlines three key actions taken in response to the epidemic: the construction of an emergency medical center, the reinvention of existing structures for residential and communication purposes post-epidemic, and the establishment of public activity units to support residents’ daily lives.
